This is a new cover designed by JLT, NOT a painted stock part!
Each cover goes through a detailed process to ensure a great finished product.
All parts are fully sanded, urethane primed, sanded, painted with high quality base coats and clears, then color sanded and buffed to a high gloss.
All stripes are under the clear for a smooth finish.
This full-length radiator cover panel is a direct replacement that installs using factory hardware for a very simple 10 minute installation.
All prop rod clips and sticker indention areas are smoothed out and gone for much better look.

We do NOT paint this using the standard 3 stage paint as it is very expensive and actually more likely to not match. We do have a custom mix for RR that matches great every time. See picture below of "our" Ruby Red painted fuse box cover on a real Ruby Red vehicle
