For 2013-14 GT500 owners looking for even more power, our Big Bore 130mm cold air and SCT tuner package will unleash the power Ford held back from your already powerful 5.8L GT500. Designed, tested, and assembled all in-house. This package completely replaces the factory intake assembly and is specifically designed to utilize the factory cold air feed from the grille and incorporates a serviceable high flow air filter, an injection molded high flow intake tube, billet velocity stack, and black powdercoated heat shield.
With a huge 130mm mass air flow tube diameter we achieved a substantial increase in air flow at all engine rpm's, not just at redline. Because of the huge size of the mass air housing this kit must be used with a custom tuning which is included using the proven SCT BDX tuning device.
The heat shield seals to the hood liner and also keeps the factory cold air feed duct to keep out hot engine bay air for maximum power. Power gains are substantial with peak to peak gains of up to 60 horsepower and point to point horsepower gains of over 70 horsepower. You can expect peak to peak torque gains of up to 54 ft/lbs with point to point gains of over 68 ft/lbs.
