THERE IS NO FREIGHT ON RETURNS FROM ERRORS ON OUR PART THE SHIPPING FEES ARE COVERED. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. THIS WILL BE ISSUED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. THE PRODUCT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED INSTALLED AND HAVE ALL PACKAGING INTACT AND IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. RETURNS IN ALL OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BESIDES AN ERROR ON OUR PART ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. SHIPPING TO RETURN AN ITEM IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS WE ARE AT FAULT.
